2017 Fall Festival Vendor Information
If you are a Food Vendor, please be aware, the Health Permit process has changed.
All food vendors must submit applications at least 5 days prior to any event.
· Log in at http://dpbh.nv.gov
· Click on Environmental Health Section Page
· Click on Temporary Food Establishments at Special Events
· Follow instructions for logon with username/ password
We are limiting the mail in, fax in, email and in person drop off of the paper applications. Vendors will have to learn how to use the online system. If you have any problems, call.

2017 Fall Festival Horseshoe Tournament
Doubles Blind Draw / Double Elimination
COST: $10 per person (Pay at tournament)
WHEN: Registration ends 9/24 at 9am sharp at Horseshoe pits. Tournament starts at 9:30am
WHERE: Petrack Park
PRIZES: 1st Place = 50% of prize pool, 2nd Place = 30%, 3rd = 20%
Prize pool = $100 base + entry fees
